Leïla is the Chief Inspiration Officer and CEO of Cosmetics Inspiration & Creation, a trend
forecasting and consultancy agency specializing in beauty innovations. Based in Paris with
a network of international partners, the agency works alongside the R&D departments of
some of the world’s leading makeup and skincare brands, to elevate their scientific
message and inspire future-proofed innovation.
Leïla earned her MBA from Cornell University (USA) before working at some of the world’s
biggest beauty brands, including heading the Marketing and Development divisions at both Procter &
Gamble and LVMH. Leïla is a self-confessed “beauty trotter” with a passion for global cultural influences,
consumer lifestyle shifts and the latest industry innovations. Her agency has predicted the major beauty
trends impacting the world of beauty today and has worked in innovation consultancy for over a decade.
Leïla is a regular speaker at industry events around the world, including CEW Beauty Day Paris, global
MakeUp in events, and many more.
