Michele’s incredible journey in the cosmetics industry began after graduating from The State University of New York at Oneonta with a Biology degree. She spent over two decades at Kolmar Laboratories in various leadership roles in R&D, ultimately rising to Director of R&D. In 2020, Michele joined Symrise and quickly elevated to Director of Beauty Activations. In her current position, she manages the development of finished formulations for various brands, overseeing the entire process from ideation to commercialization.
