Mr. Sébastien MIKSA began his career at L’Oréal in the Lipstick, Foundation and Photoprotection R&I departments, and is currently Managing Director of WENEOS (formerly HelioScreen), an international company dedicated to in vitro sun protection testing. Involved in sun protection evaluation for over 10 years (SPF, FP-UVA, Critical Wavelength, etc.), he has acquired extensive knowledge in this field and developed several innovations. In addition, he is a member of various standards groups (AFNOR/S91KGT07, CEN/TC392/WG004 and ISO/TC217/WG7), the FEBEA/GT group – Quality of efficacy measurements for sunscreen products, BIPEA – Sunscreen products and the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (IJCS).
