For the 10th edition of the MakeUp in Paris, [o,o] and the French Committee of Color (Comité Français de la Couleur) have chosen to highlight three iconic colors of make-up: Black, Red and Pink. Each one of these three colors symbolize in their own way the beauty of yesterday, today and tomorrow…
During this exhibition, unique pieces of Couture will be presented, as well as collectibles, cosmetics, natural pigments and innovative materials. Fashion, Beauty and Luxury will come together.

COMITÉ FRANÇAIS DE LA COULEUR
Aimed at professionals and at the same time aimed at the general public, the Comité Français de la Couleur has been exploring the colors of the present and the future since 1959.
The CFC organizes forward-looking events combining the five senses with color, in prestigious venues and in partnership with museums, institutions and leaders in fashion and textiles, Luxury, gastronomy or cosmetics.
Chaired by Olivier Guillemin since 1993, the Comité Français de la Couleur represents France Intercolor, an association created in 1963 and bringing together 17 countries around the world.

Often at the forefront and always where they are not expected, Olivier Guillemin and Olivier Védrine designers and stage designers of the exhibition, share an identical sensitivity and curiosity, the taste for sophistication and the desire to experiment with innovative materials in their creations.
They combined their talent and experiences by creating the agency [o,o] in 2001, developing new concepts in personal style. The agency expresses itself and imposes itself through the creation of furniture lines, the design of spaces and shops, the organization of event scenography, or by the artistic direction they bring to prestigious institutions and brands such as Shiseido & Toraya, Dior & Veuve Clicquot, Sévres – Cité de la Céramique & l’Institut Français, in France and abroad.

SCHIAPARELLI
A partner of the Comité Français de la Couleur and of MakeUp in Paris for the exhibition «ICONIC BEAUTY COLORS», the Maison Schiaparelli presents exclusively «Shocking», a design of the haute couture collection 2018/2019.
Elsa Schiaparelli is a fashion designer who ran an haute couture house in Paris from the 1930s to the 1950s. Voluntarily provocative and considered avant-garde, she is famous for the use of her Rose Shocking in her collections.
In 2012, the Schiaparelli brand was revived and moved to Paris, Place Vendôme, in the premises previously occupied by the seamstress herself.
SWAROVSKI
Since 1895, the expertise of the founder Daniel Swarovski in crystal size has defined the company. A member of the French Committee of Colour, Swarovski will join the 10 years of the MakeUp in Paris show and will exhibit a selection of unique pieces from the «Couture» collection.
OKHRA
Ôkhra, or Conservatoire des Ocres et de la Couleur, is located in Roussillon, France. Like a conservatory of music, the role of the Conservatory of Color is to practice the discipline that one intends to maintain. The color is seen there only by the gesture and by the transmission of know-how.
A historical member of CFC, Ôkhra will display rare natural pigments that illustrate the 3 iconic beauty colors: red, black and pink.
ANNE CAMILLI & LE MUSÉE À LA CARTE®
Anne Camilli founded “le Musée à la Carte ®”, an original concept of cultural development and tailor-made exhibitions for brands, industrialists, federations, trade fairs or cultural institutions to promote heritage and innovation. Intuitive, literary and passionate about crafts, Anne Camilli is in charge of design, artistic direction, museography and scenography. Its action contributes to the influence of big houses and French know-how.
The exhibition, she will present several pieces of vintage make-up from the collections «Anne & François Camilli» and «Jean-Marie Martin-Hattemberg».
