Elsa started her professional career in the consulting sector as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting. In 2004, she joined ANIA (the French National Association of Food Industries). For 10 years, she carried out a variety of assignments, successively holding the positions of Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Head of Institutional Relations, and Director of Communication and Institutional Relations. She was then appointed as Director of Public Affairs and CSR at Coca Cola France between 2014 and 2020.
She holds a Master’s degree in French and Spanish international public law, graduated from Sciences-Po Paris in 2001, then from HEC Montréal, and was admitted to the École de Formation du Barreau (EFB) in 2002. She has also taught at the IEP in Paris for the past 8 years.
